Returns & refunds

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Open a request from the order page; once approved, the refund is sent back to the original payment method. Refunds appear on your statement according to your bank’s processing time.

For hygiene reasons, opened wipe packs cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
